Documentary wedding photographer in Limburg: Spontaneous wedding photos at the Pastory in Cadier en Keer with a wedding ceremony at the museum aan het Vrijthof and the bride getting ready in Landgraaf
Annet and Patrick are getting married at the museum aan het Vrijthof this Saturday. Among all the couples who booked me, they were the first ones to reach out, nearly 2 years before their wedding.
Before the wedding, we had a loveshoot, from which they had a reception book made. This book allowed all wedding guests to leave a personal message for the couple on the wedding day.
The wedding day started off rainy with strong winds, but the sun soon broke through. I met up at Annet's mother's house in Landgraaf to capture moments of her getting ready and being picked up by the bride. From there, the entire wedding party headed to the theater aan het Vrijthof for the civil marriage ceremony. Following that, there was a religious ceremony in the charming church in Bemelen, providing a beautiful backdrop for spontaneous and romantic wedding photographs.
After the church service, we traveled to Cadier en Keer and Gronsveld for the wedding photoshoot. By around half past five, the couple arrived at the terrace of the Pastory in Cadier en Keer. They toasted and cut the wedding cake here.
The festivities continued in the banquet hall, where guests were received, and the dinner buffet opened. The evening's entertainment featured musical performances by Ivo van der Bijl, and as a delightful surprise, Erwin van het Merretkoer stopped by for a charming performance.
I bid farewell around half past ten, having fulfilled my role as the wedding photographer, leaving the wedding party to carry on into the night.
