Wedding Photographer Heerlen at Twee Gezusters: Spontaneous Wedding Photos at an International Wedding on a Rainy Friday Afternoon
This time, I was booked by the mother of the groom. She sent me an email, and I called her immediately. It turned out that she was a relative of a couple whose wedding I had photographed before, and that's how she found me.
It was a wedding between a groom from Kerkrade and a Brazilian bride who had met in a hostel in New Zealand. How romantic, and it was also love at first sight.
It was a short 3-hour wedding reportage, but by no means less delightful. My day started with a ceremony in English in the chapel of the wedding venue "De Twee Gezusters" in Heerlen. After a beautiful ceremony with vows, smiles, and a few tears, a toast was raised, and the delicious wedding cake was cut.
Following that, we took some group photos in the courtyard of De Twee Gezusters, and then it was time for a romantic mini wedding photoshoot in the square in front of the dance school in Heerlen. Here stands a so-called Cultsofa, a colorful bench with mosaics, under a tree decorated with birdhouses. The additional photos were taken in an alley.
