Wedding Photos Limburg: Spontaneous wedding reportage of a 1920s wedding at Aldenghoor Castle
I love variety, and lately, I've been spoiled as a wedding photographer when it comes to diversity. I get to capture wedding reportages in all months of the year and on every day of the week. The ages of my couples range from young to old, and themed weddings are also becoming more popular.
Wedding Photos of a winter wedding in Gatsby style
This late-January wedding at Aldenghoor Castle resulted in wedding photos reminiscent of an old movie. I arrived around noon to capture a brief reportage of the bride's dressing and makeup. Following that, there was a first look under the beautiful overgrown arches at the back of the castle.

The beautiful wedding ceremony took place in the living room of the castle. Everyone was truly dressed in style, and it looked amazing. Even the officiant, Ingrid, with whom I collaborate frequently, had donned a dress in style. During a beautiful wedding ceremony, singer Britt performed, and the flower children played "Lang zullen ze leven" on guitar and violin. Additionally, there were lovely speeches from family and friends, and as the grand finale, the bride and groom exchanged vows.
Creating a group photo in the shape of a heart
Following that was the traditional exchange of vows, the kiss, and the ring moment—something you definitely can't miss as a wedding photographer. After the ceremony, at the bride's request, there was a group photo in the shape of a heart, and then everyone headed to the beautiful reception hall to warm up, toast to the newlyweds, and enjoy the delightful wedding cake.

I photographed all the guests against a beautiful wall in the reception hall, took some additional photos with the flower children, and witnessed performances by a friend, Britt's singing, and also a performance by a friend of the bride's son. Around six o'clock, the group sat down for dinner, and then I concluded the wedding reportage for the day with some photos of the guests at the table.
