As a wedding photographer in Limburg, I had the pleasure of capturing a beautiful wedding at the enchanting Castle Daelenbroeck in Herkenbosch. The day started with photographing the bride’s makeup and getting ready in the Tower Room, a charming space within the castle. Afterward, the couple had their first look on the iconic castle stairs, creating a special and intimate moment.
The ceremony at castle Daelenbroeck
After greeting the guests on the terrace, a saxophonist led everyone into the ceremony. The ceremony was held in both English and Dutch, emphasizing the international atmosphere of the wedding. It was beautifully accompanied by a saxophonist and a DJ, setting a festive and emotional mood. After exchanging vows, the newlyweds danced their way outside to continue the celebration.
Wedding cake, group photos, and posing session
Following the ceremony, it was time for the delicious wedding cake and a celebratory toast. We then moved on to the group photos and a lovely posing session with the couple. We took advantage of the stunning surroundings of Castle Daelenbroeck for some breathtaking shots.
Wish balloons and photo editing
Before dinner, the guests released wish balloons, which floated into the sky, creating a beautiful spectacle. This was the perfect moment to capture some special photos. During dinner, I edited a series of photos, which were then shown to the guests via a projector, adding a personal touch to the evening.
A heartfelt goodbye
As the day came to an end, I received a round of applause from all the guests for my work and was warmly thanked by everyone before I left.
