Wedding photographer Limburg: Romantic wedding photography at Bloemendal Castle in Vaals
A beautiful and young couple tied the knot today, and I had the honor of capturing their romantic wedding moments. There were so many emotions throughout the day, especially from the groom, with many joyful tears—a wonderful sight to capture in journalistic wedding photos.
Getting ready
The wedding reportage began with photographing the bride, Manon, getting ready at her parents' home in Kerkrade. A very intimate and heartfelt moment, which set the tone for the entire day.
Civil ceremony and church service
The next part of the day was the civil ceremony at Bloemendal Castle in Vaals, followed by a quick lunch. The couple then went on to the church service in Lemiers, where the emotions continued to flow.
White dove surprise in Kerkrade
After the ceremony, the newlyweds were surprised with two white doves to release outside in Kerkrade. Doves can be tricky to photograph, but when done right, they can add a magical touch to the wedding photos filled with emotion.
Returning to Bloemendal Castle
After the dove release, we returned to Bloemendal Castle for the cake cutting, a photo session, champagne sabering, and then the wedding dinner, where the celebrations continued into the evening.
