Wedding Photographer Maastricht at Chateau Neercanne: Spontaneous photography of a 10th wedding anniversary celebration... and what a celebration!
Sometimes you have those assignments that almost don't feel like work. Super nice people, a beautiful setting, fantastic music, and the opportunity to create a photo reportage. Just like on this lovely evening in June at the stunning wedding venue Chateau Neercanne near Maastricht.
For this lovely couple celebrating their 10th wedding anniversary, I had the pleasure of creating a super fun photo reportage and a beautiful album as a keepsake.
It all started with an elegant cocktail hour accompanied by a pianist, a very friendly man who turned out to be Chantal Janzen's father.
The atmosphere was delightful, the room gradually filled up, congratulations were exchanged, hugs were shared, and delightful gifts were given.
Following that, there was a walking dinner in the caves of Chateau Neercanne, with delicious food once again, accompanied by a Jazz trio.
After extensive mingling and dining, it was time to move to the party area in the cave, where the DJ was ready for the opening dance of this fantastic evening. The "bride" had put on a different dress specifically for this occasion, and soon enough, a lively party ensued with everyone grooving on the dance floor.
Rarely have I experienced such an amazing party; everyone was in a fantastic mood, looked fantastic, and had a blast. The same goes for me, as I had to take photos with guests several times, with other guests taking over my camera. I have never photographed such a fun evening! I was simply laughing all night long. Time flew by.
Bitterballen made their appearance and were used as party noses. Outside, people enjoyed smoking thick cigars. When I left around half past 2, very few people seemed ready to call it a night.
